Manager refused to honor manufacturers warranty on a tire less than a year old. Warranty was explicit that it should be taken to the nearest Firestone Care Center for the tire to be returned/repaired but the Manager refused to honor it and insisted that I needed to call Firestone corporate and have the tire shipped to be addressed. Again, warranty language explicitly stated that warranty would be supported by local dealerships. The warranty also provided keying instructuions for store personel on how to handle tire replacement!

I strongly recommend staying away from this place. No integrity at all and very dishonest in their service.

You need to read the tire warranty it covers defects in material and workmanship not road hazard or lack of maintence

Why did you need to have the tires replaced? Was it caused by a road hazard? Did they go flat or wear out?

If they wore out supposedly pre-mature....

How often (in miles) did you rotate your tires?

How often did you check/adjust the tire pressure? Did you adjust it according to the vehicles specifications? Did you check it hot or cold?

How often did you have the vehicles alignment checked/adjusted?
