The location in Riverdale GA is a joke they charged me and my husband over 600 hundred dollars for front brakes which was smoking the first day 4 months later and we already need them replaced I visited the location on 6/11/21 the day after getting them done and they said it was nomal for brakes to smoke now since I didnt allow them to do the back breaks their not up holding their warranty.. I think they are scamming customers out of money by doing half *** jobs and we need to be refunded or compensated PLEASE SONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE IN RIVERDALE GEORGIA THEIR A JOKE

Vehicle not being repaired

Vehicle had loose bolt after repairs, and now I have a front end noise even after they tighten the bolt, I think the part was damaged, and that's why it's making the noise, and problems have not been resolved the vehicle been at the shop now for 3weeks and all I get is excuses about how busy they are

Fraud & terrible customer service

New Firestone store in Springfield, Mo. tried to fraudently take advantage of my girlfriend. She went in for oil change &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; they kept her car in shop for 2 and a half hours. I will be spreading these facts to everyone I know & work with. Your company is a disgrace!

Complaint on service

I had 4 tires put on my car took it home and my tire pressure light came on. Went back and told 3 tire pressure batteries went bad , at the same time. Called Toyota and that is too rare to happen. For that to happen it had to be broken on the tire change. I want Firestone to replace the the pressure units at your cost . I am very unhappy with this issue and how they are blaming it on something else and not to fix the issue that it is believed that they may of caused Hopefully you can resolve this issue. Bad service

Went to get a tire rotation and oil change was told my valve core was bad and my sensor on my wheel had rubber stuck to it take it home put some WD 40 on it get the rubber off bring it back and they put it on after I waited 2 and 1/2 hours with a appointment they were supposed to put sensor in my car didnt happen get to the interstate and my car is shaking all over the road take it back they put a sensor on and rebalance tires been back 2 other times just trying to get the temps light off where they replaced the sensor that supposedly fixed it and its still not fixed

I am sorry I did not understand that they had already changed the battery. Sorry We are good. I thought that I was being ripped off so I went to the auto zone and it showed 100%. I am sorry it was my misunderstanding.

User's recommendation: Cheaper pop two dollars a bottle what a rip. Tires Plus has free coffee. The chairs are very low the ground and not comfortable. The Store on Merle Hay is much more friendly than the one on 22nd Street in West Des Moines, Iowa. I stopped to get a flat fixed and Larry the Manager actually laughed in My face and said not today.

Refund

I brought my truck in on 8/9/2021, they replaced the ignition switch. Within a day and a half the battery was completely dead and killed the battery. We purchased and new battery. The new battery continued to die after sitting for 4 hours or more. I had the truck towed to the closet shop to where I was. I wasnt sure if it had anything to do with the ignition switch that your business installed and didnt have the money to spend on your very high rates. I contacted the location In Brooklyn center where they installed the switch and advised what was going on the first gentleman I spoke with was pleasant and placed me on hold to verify a few things another man got on the line and advised they will not refund the work I had to pay for again due to the tech installing it incorrectly. He continued to talk over me and was very rude. I am only asking for the refund of the labor and diagnostic I had to pay to correct the issue. I need someone to contact me in reference to this matter. Thank you

Cracks in Firehawk GT tires only 35500 miles on them not even half worn

Took car 2019 Dodge Charger with tires to firestone dealer in Sterling Heights, Michigan because of cracks in sidewall and splits all around inside of tires by outside tread on both sides of tire. They told me Firestone does not warranty OEM tires, and the cracks are superficial. This is BS cracks in tires only get worst because they flex. As I tried to talk to them about replacing, they hung up the phone 2 times

The surface of the parking lot is severely uneven, perhaps from tree roots pushing up the asphalt.I stumbled several times and nearly caught myself but I couldnt because there is a series of bumps in the surface and I went down, hard, in the middle of the driveway.

I sustained injuries which I reported...photos were taken and a report was made, which was to be emailed to me.

I find it both irresponsible and disappointing that after 2 weeks I still havent received the copy of the accident report from the local Firestone, nor has anyone called to follow up with me.

I've sent this info on Firstone via their website 'contact us' as well as faxed it to them (using the info from their website) and haven't even gotten an acknowledgement other than the fax was successfully delivered. Disappointing since the people there are normally so nice and helpful.

I was told "good" front end struts would cost between $200 and $300 ea. without being advised of product brand or their unit cost, I was charged $417.99 ea.for struts.

Total invoice, after a "good customer" total discount of $200.00 was $1147.75. I checked the retail price of the exact same strut at AutoZone, $153.00 ea. The highest retail was on eBay, $226.00.

Firestone does not pay retail for outsourced par parts.i want some further relief from the amount of the current invoice. I have made a payment of $300.00 so farI'm being charged.

Same reoccurring problem within months of alignment which after 3 attempts .Vehicle was not aligned and each trip a new issue arose with a healthy charge...Brakes were put on two separate occasions still not braking properly....Manager stated it could be a defected part...
